About

 I have a profound passion for learning, training, solving problems, and spreading my knowledge. Hence the reason I  pursued a master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology. I have utilized my passion for training over the years, to effectively train new and existing employees, as well as helped to create a training plan while completing a training and development course towards my Bachelor degree.  I have also successfully created 6 online customer service modules for LHP Capital, utilizing Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360. I create course materials suitable for various delivery modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, and online), guide faculty in selecting instructional strategies and articulating measurable course and lesson learning outcomes. I am experienced in preparing supplementary materials and media, including simulations, role plays, games, and scenarios.

 

My ideal role is rooted in helping others, solving problems with learning and technology, developing people to their potential, using innovative communication, and building organizational communities.

I’m analytical, I can synergize a team, and I have a pretty good sense of humor. That’s what makes me a good project leader; organizing tasks, connecting with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and allocating resources.
