Working in customer service can be quite the task when having to appease difficult customers. I created this course while working as an Intern, to train employees on how to deal with the difficult customer.
Tools used: Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360
Highlights:

A branch scenario was used to test the learner's knowledge

A short answer essay was created using Storyline 360

Interactive flip cards were used to engage the learner

Audio was added to narrate an activity on how to handle an abusive customer (please note a placeholder audio was used to substitute the original content).

The course was housed using SCORM in the LMS, Yardi

Learners receive an automatic generated certificate upon completion of the course.

Expatriates turnover can be costly not only to the hiring company but to the employee as well. To help combat expatriate turnover, the onboarding process must be thorough!
